Clean room with solid AC provided comfort.
The hair dryer was cracked. Shower water was only lukewarm, not hot at all. The fitted sheets constantly came off the mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The front desk manager went above and beyond, assisting us with everything from hot water issues to tricky remotes. Arriving to a surprise goodie bag was a delightful touch!
While the room was generally clean, the dated decor, including stained towels, left something to be desired.

I had a great time at this place! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and I loved the huge flat-screen TV. However, the bathroom was a bit small, but everything worked well. I'd definitely stay here again!

The hair dryer was cracked!!! Fitted sheets constantly came off!!! Shower lacked decent pressure and the water was just lukewarm!!! An iron and ironing board would also have been a nice touch!!!

I stayed for 1 night in a Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The manager fixed the hot water issue quickly. There was plenty of hot water, and the room was quiet with lots of space. A goodie bag with treats upon arrival was a nice touch! 😊
